Who we are

Kontinuo is operated by NOMONTO OÜ (registry code 17255141, Estonia) and VILIO s. r. o. (company ID 55406858, Slovakia), office at Kollárová 15, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia. For anything related to your personal data, write to hello@kontinuo.eu.

What we collect

Only what you send us yourself: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your company. This website has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We do not buy data about you and we do not build marketing lists.

Why we process it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and carry out an engagement you ask us for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep reasonable records of our correspondence (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never use it for advertising and we never pass it to third parties for their marketing.

Confidentiality

Conversations about your company are treated as confidential from the first message. We do not discuss them with anyone, and anything beyond a first conversation is covered by a written non-disclosure agreement.

Cookies

This site sets a functional cookie named lang, which remembers your language choice for up to 12 months and is not used to track you. In addition, and only with your consent given in the cookie banner, we use analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (aggregate statistics, heatmaps and anonymised session recordings, processed by Microsoft; legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can decline them without losing any functionality, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) also processes technical server logs, including IP addresses, as needed to deliver and secure the site.

Who else processes data

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), our email provider and — if you consent to analytics — Microsoft (Clarity) act as processors. Where a provider is based outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for, and afterwards only where a statutory retention period applies. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@kontinuo.eu — we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI), the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection, or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
